We believe the true objective of Child-empowerment and growth can only be achieved through the ‘Power of Love’. Love & Compassion are the two divine arrows which penetrate the child’s consciousness spontaneously and effectively.

The task of the parents (the first educator), teachers and facilitators then is to handle the children with patience, perseverance, with deep sense of commitment to non-violent means of action and speech. Punishment, scolding, fear of consequences ought to be avoided so as not to let the child feel humiliated.

In Mother’s words: ”If you wish to be respected by your child, have respect for yourself and be at every moment worthy of respect. Never be arbitrary, despotic, impatient, ill-tempered”.
